    LEAGUE AGM.
    Thank you to everyone who attended the AGM.

    The proposal to change Rule 16 Order of Play was passed by 9 votes to 1.

    Teams will be placed in merit order 1 to 8 as now.
    But the top four will play top four on turn of a card.
    Bottom four play will play bottom four on turn of a card.
    The Committee would like to wish everyone A Verry Happy Christmas and we will see you in the New Year.

    Presidents Day Mixed Doubles .
    Congratulations to Maureen Whittles and Chic Wilson of Lowther Gardens on winning our Presidents Doubles Competition.
    Runners Up were Joan and Alan Beer of Freckleton BC.
    It was an excellent day again with some great bowling, well done to everyone who took part.
    Thank you to everyone who supported, marked, measured and to our referee Chris Leeming.
    Lastly a big thank you to our President Jean Cole and Lowther Gardens for hosting this years competition.
